Power restored in Dublin Airport after brief power cut
The power in Dublin Airport has been restored following a short outage this morning at around 8am.
Emergency lights were switched on in the Airport and on runways to ensure the safe landing of scheduled flights. Flights that were already boarded took off as normal. However, scheduled flights, which were not yet boarded, were delayed as all security and check in machines were out of order.
Airport staff assure us that the power is back but what caused the power cut remains to be seen.
