Dell shares to remain on Nasdaq pending review
Dell said on Monday its common stock will remain listed on Nasdaq, after the trading market board stayed a previous decision calling for the stock’s suspension related to overdue financial statements. Dell said the Nasdaq board planned to review the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council’s decision, and that the stock would remain on the market pending further consideration by the Nasdaq Board.
