Dell today introduced three new E Series laptops to the Laititude line, the 14.1-inch E641, the 14.1-inch E6410 ATG, and the 15.6-inch E6510. TechConnect reports that all three are based around the Calpella platform and are available with either Core i5 or Core i7 CPUs.
CPUs aside, all three ship with up to 8GB RAM, up to 500GB (HDD) or up to 256GB (SSD), and a choice of integrated graphics or the addition of Nvidia's NVS 3100M 512MB GPU. You've also got Blu-ray drive, a DVD writer and 4, 6, 9 or 12 cell battery. All three boast a 720p (1080p optional for the E6510) LED-backlit display, WiFi, optional mobile broadband, GPS, and Bluetooth 3.0.
The E6410 ATG is described as a semi-rugged laptop and is built and tested to meet the MIL STD 810G for shock, vibration, temperature, humidity and altitude.
The E6410, E6510 and E6410 ATG start with base prices of $1,014, $1,064 and $2,114. All three ship with Windows 7 pre-loaded.
