DRAMeXchange: DRAM and NAND flash prices both trend downward
Spot prices for both DRAM and NAND flash trended downward in the week of August 13-20, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange. Of which, DDR2 and NAND flash in a multi-level cell (MLC) architecture saw their sequential price drops increase from previous weeks.
