Taiwan DRAM Makers To Completely Phase Out Production At 8" Fabs By 2009
Most Taiwan DRAM makers are expected to completely phase out commodity DRAM production at 8" fabs by 2009. Among all major DRAM makers in Taiwan, only Nanya Technology is expected to continue to house a single 8-inch fab producing DRAM.
