A teenager in the UK may face time in prison because of a serious case of cyber-bullying involving social networking site, Bebo.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had fallen out with his best friend over drawings his friend had done and subsequently shown to their friends.
He then set up a profile on Bebo and began talking to his former friend under the alias of a boy named Callum.
“Callum” claimed to have the same interests as he victim and soon the two began exchanging emails.
As the emails grew more personal and sexual, the boy then showed their friends the emails.
The victim didn’t realise that it was a hoax until he received an email from “Callum”, which was sent from his friends own email address.
Once he realised what had happened, the victim attempted suicide by swallowing a cocktail of 60 pills, including 30 paracetamol, 15 Buscopan and 15 ibuprofen.
The 17 year old boy is being charged with harassment and will be sentenced on the 18th of February.
The case is not dissimilar to a recent case in the States when a 13 year old girl committed suicide after a friend on social networking site, MySpace, constantly hurled insults and abuse at her. This friend (who went by the name of "Josh") was later revealed to be the mother of a former friend of the victim. The woman was never charged as it was never proven that this is what caused the suicide.

Probably got permanent liver damage. People think any old pill is the way to go.
paracetamol overdose is the worst thing to do, your liver slowly stops working and all the bad stuff it normaly filters ends up staying in your system, your body's immune kicks in overtime and you swell up about 3 times normal size. I've seen people with heads so swollen you cant see their eyes or mouth! they need a Tracheotomy. Symptoms of paracetamol overdosage in the first 24 hours are pallor, nausea, vomiting, anorexia and abdominal pain. Liver damage may become apparent 12 to 48 hours after ingestion. Abnormalities of glucose metabolism and metabolic acidosis may occur. In severe poisoning, hepatic failure may progress to encephalopathy, haemorrhage, hypoglycaemia, cerebral oedema, and death. Acute renal failure with acute tubular necrosis, strongly suggested by loin pain, haematuria and proteinuria, may develop even in the absence of severe liver damage. Cardiac arrhythmias and pancreatitis have been reported..... but you still live!.... not that its worth living after all that. DUMB FUCKING SHIT HEAD!
