Comparing Prices
At the moment, the Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition is not yet listed in any European online shops. We expect it to pop up any day, though.
According to AMD, online shops should have the processors in stock by the end of October for around €125. However, we expect prices to be no higher than €110, based on the current exchange rate for the US Dollar. The Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition is already available in the US for €129.99. Our past experience has shown that this is a good indicator for the European market.
A look at current prices for AMD and Intel processors:

We can see that the 5000+ Black Edition will cost about €30 less than the E6550. The unlocked multiplier comes with a mark-up of about €14 compared to the standard 5000+, which is also available using the G2 stepping.

TERRIBLE REVIEW, just awful. Very poorly written (several numerical mistakes) and very misleading.
Who compares a stock E6550 to a X2 5000+ with a 1.0Ghz OC advantage?
Worst of all, do you ever mention the E6550 is at stock? No...
