Acer Iconia A200 Coming to UK with ICS in 2012
Acer has said that its Iconia A200 will arrive in the United Kingdom with Ice Cream Sandwich early next year.
Acer today took the wraps off of a brand new Android tablet, the Acer A200. Announced at an event in Taiwan and measuring in at 10.1 inches, the device boasts Nvidia's Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, up to 16GB of integrated storage, and Google's Honeycomb version of Android pre-installed. Acer has said the tablet will receive an update to the newest version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich, early next year.
However, TechRadar reports that A200 will arrive in Blighty with Ice Cream Sandwich when it launches here at the beginning of 2012. So, while we'll have to wait longer to get our hands on the device than customers in some other countries, the device will be rocking Ice Cream Sandwich from day one. No anxious wait for updates required. Pricing for the device remains unknown, so stay tuned and we'll bring you more on that closer to launch.

Blighty jane....really?!
On a more relevant note is anyone else a bit confused by the tendency for tablet makers to re-release iterations with almost no new features...the A200 is hardly anything diffferent from the earlier model bar size and weight
