Acer files patent infringement counterclaim against HP
Acer, on July 19, filed a counterclaim against Hewlett-Packard Development (HP) before the US Eastern District of Texas Court for patent infringement. This counterclaim is part of Acer’s response to the "HP versus Acer and Acer America" case (No. 2:07-CV-103), and includes innovations with respect to antenna and DVD ROM head technologies, said Acer.
