3Com to release VoIP phone orders to Taiwan at year-end
3Com, which is scheduled to open its Taiwan Design Center (TDC) in December, will increase outsourcing to Taiwanese network equipment manufacturers, including production of high-end VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) phones, said TDC head Sherry Denq.
