256Mbit DDR: Spot price leap drives late July contract prices up 26%
On July 15, 256Mbit DDR spot prices jumped nearly 17%, and the recently soaring spot prices have driven a 26% leap in late July 256Mbit DDR contract prices, much higher than the previously predicted 10% growth, reported DRAMeXchange. DRAM prices usually do not shuffle on a Monday, DRAM distributors commented.
