20-story building for sale on eBay
Battle Creek (MI) - The historic 20-story Heritage Tower is for sale on eBay. The tallest building in Battle Creek Michigan is currently fetching a $1,500,000 dollar bid. So far bidding hasn’t been heavy and there is only one official bid.
The 76-year-old building on 25 West Michigan Avenue has an underground parking lot for 34 vehicles and five elevators. According to the eBay list, each floor averages around 4170 square feet and the building is wired with optical Internet fiber. There is even a banquet hall on the lower floors.
In total the building brings in about $363,000 dollars a year in revenue from rent, parking and banquets. Annual property taxes are $7500 (pretty darn low for such a building if you ask us).
Bidders sternly advised to contact davidj123 AT chartermi.net This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it before bidding or else their bids will be rejected. Interestingly enough the seller is a girard2653 with a 0 eBay feedback rating.
