TwinMOS Technologies has added 16 GB versions to its X5 and Z4 series of USB 2.0 disks, which run under Windows 98SE/2000/ME/XP, Mac OS 8.6 and above, and Linux 2.4 and above, according to the Taiwan-based memory module maker. Z4 measures 73x20x80mm, while X5 is 76.5x23x12mm, and both weigh about 15g.
