11 new Hitachi TV's
Hitachi has announced not 1 but 11 new LCD and Plasma HDMI TV’s for mid-August. The LCD’s range from 26 to 37 inches and the Plasma screens will have sizes between 37 and 55 inches. Prices will vary between $2750 and $8000. the main novelty for these screens is ALIS technology (Mega-pixel ALIS panel = ultra-high-density and high luminance) which offers, according to the manufacturer, a brighter image than the current models on the market. Moreover, 5 of these 11 models will come witgh a 160 GByte DVR. You also get digital tuners.
