`HardCore Heat' prepped for Sega Dreamcast launch
ASC Games is preparing to release the only off-road racing game available for the upcoming launch of the Sega Dreamcast, company officials said.
TNN Motorsports HardCore Heat is billed as a gear-grinding, rough and rugged off-road racing game featuring multiple gameplay modes and eight off-road racing vehicles. Players race across six international tracks featuring desert, snow and mountain environments.
HardCore Heat is set to debut September 9 to coincide with the release of the Sega Dreamcast, the next-generation gaming console whose increased graphics and processing power will enable the game to run at a smooth 60 frames per second.
