`Cabela's Sportsman's Challenge' targets marksmen
HeadGames Publishing Inc. has partnered with sports outfitter Cabela's Inc. to deliver a PC simulation for shooting trap, skeet and sporting clays.
Cabela's Sportsman's Challenge game is now in retail stores for $24.95.
The latest release in the company's sportsman series, Cabela's Sportsman's Challenge features six of America's most popular shotgunning games - American Trap, Doubles Trap, American Skeet, Doubles Skeet, Sporting Clays and 5-Stand.
Players can create and track up to five different profiles - each with its own shotgun, gauge and choke - choosing from .12 gauge semi-automatic, .20 gauge pump action, or .28 gauge over/under shotguns.
Minimum systems requirements include a Pentium 133, Windows 95 or 98, 16MB of RAM, a 4X CD-ROM drive, a DirectX compatible video card with 1MB of RAM, a sound card, mouse, keyboard, and 105MB of hard disk space.
